Reflection:
With this activity I could understand the principal activities i learn along my english course, because it is so important that academic activities can help you to develop many skills and knowledge, but also, with non academic activities you can develop your self with other kind or things that can improve the way you learn.

I enjoy so much to take this English course and I hope to I can continue developing this skills in every aspects of my life.

Reflection:
My free entrey is abour how to write a complaint letter because it is important to know how to write diplomatic and courteus at all times. No matter how justified your complaint may be, your letter have not to become angry, sarcastic or threatening. With this activity I learn how to write in the best way, for example, the letter must be short and concise.

As well, in the compaint letter it is necessary to include important dates or places (for example, when and where you bought the product or received the service), and include any additional relevant information you can (such as the product number or type service).

In conclusion, if the complaint letter is written diplomatic, formal and politely, it could have positive results and better response.

Reflection: This activity helped me to study all the vocabulary and grammar points about how to start up new business activities and other things you should know about a business travel. At the same time I learn how to make a successful business presentation with an audience and I learned the structure of a presentation. It is very helpful in English and all the subjects in my mayor and in the future, when I will work for a company or maybe in my own business.

On the other hand, I learned how to describe graphics: line graphic, bar and pie charts, and It is very important for giving results about statistics and numbers.

This mental map was very important to me because my way to learn is writing, and I had to write all about the 3^rd partial topics. For this reason it was very practical, helpful and it helps me to improve my knowledge.

Reflection: This activity helped to me to improve my abilities in reading and improve the intonation and pronunciation in a lecture. I could also describe a graphic about cancer statistics that gave me information about the low prevention culture in Mexico. At the same time I developed the ability to research information and statistics that firmed up my topic.

Finally, with this topic, I could gave a message for concerning about the prevention culture and, as a dream, I provided some advices for raising awareness about this topic. Because is important that people, especially women, know that they can save their life if they know how to prevent it.

My speaking reflection:

I think this activity helped me to have a lot of practice in speaking and reading, but at the same time I have learned more business vocabulary which it is so important in this new global world.

On the other hand, I discovered I have to pay attention in pronunciation, because I had some mispronounced words. So, I discovered a weakcare in pronunciation, and for this reason I will practice the speaking more, because I really want to speak better for my futures activities in the workplace.

Finally, this activity helped me to describe many activities from my major and to learn more aboud trade fairs and communication strategies, and I can use the vocabulary and the descriptions in the future, when I will go to a job intrerview.
